Valve Gear with Phil Atkinson

As an addition to Chassis Construction we tend to recommend a loco with hidden inside valve gear but sometime you will have to bight the bulet and do a loco with outside or visible inside valve gear. This workshop is intended not only to inc free use of the Master Chassis, Soldering, and general kit construction both brass / NS and Whitemetal.

Etch Design with Jol Wilkinson

This workshop shows you how, with either "Corel Draw" or "AutoCad" to design model parts. It covers all the tolerances, factors, thicknesses, materials, etc. How to draw, use layers and present to the etchers. This is not a CAD tutorial, however we will help but only "Corel Draw" or "Autocad". Other CAD/Drawing packages are welcome but you must be conversant as there will not be time for us to learn how to use your software.

Buildings with David Wright

Spend 2 days with David learning how to make the very charismatic buildings. This workshop shows you all the techniques he uses including weathering at the end.
