2nd April 2013 - Postage changes. The Royal mail have done it again. They are making calculating postage more and more difficult every year. They have reduced the value of compensation if parcels are lost or damaged + added a new parcel banding limiting parcel to 80mm thick. The problem comes when you buy more than 1 item, (not that we are asking you to buy only one) however if our website overcharges you and we don't spot it. Please tell us and we will sort. Phi

18th April 2012 - FABRIC SAMPLES

To give customers the confidence with colours, we now offer sample 2.5inch sq's of each of our fabrics ( excludes panels) To stop customers taking advantage of this offer we are charging 50p per sample (max 5 samples) + a first class stamp. The 50p is refundable against any purchase of that specific fabric. Payment by Debit card or cheque only. Relevant sample must be returned for refund.

4th April 2012

There are major changes in the way postal prices are calculated, taking effect on 30th April 2012. The major impact to purchases from this site, are where there is a thickness greater than an inch. However our and most other websites work on weight. If we feel our website has overcharged you, we hope the little suprise package will please you.

1. Midland 1905 Tram car bogie wagon, complete with correct 5ft wheelbase diamond frame bogie
2. REC 1918 WARFLAT, correct with 5ft 9" wheelbase diamond frame bogie
3. Super detail under frame kit for 9ft wheelbase 1887 RCH PO wagon to suit HMRS Resin cast bodies complete with simple to make working leaf springs.
4. Working leaf spring kits with either 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 plates

We are a husband and wife team offering "Hobbies with Hospitallity". Not only do we provide workshops, but also take great care to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. We provide a good standard of accommodation and food, all freshly prepared on the premises. we have carefully selected the products we use and sell. We like to offer honest, fair, knowledgeable, and reliable advice on these products.

Purchasing

For both your and our security we use Google Checkout or PayPal to take online payment, We now accept payment by credit/debit card over the phone, but you can of course send us a cheque made payable to "Hobby Holidays".

Postage And Packing

Postage is calculated based on weight, to include "Post Office" charges and packing materials. But we do try to be fair. If when you buy more than 1 item you fell if the postage is excessive please contact us and we will sort it out.
