Aluminium Tubing Both Metric and Imperial
The Metric tubing has a wall thickness of 0.225mm and hence will telescope inside the next size up. Likewise the Imperial tube will fit inside the next size up but the wall thickness is 1/64" (0.015") (0.4mm). All tubes within this range has a accurate outside diameter (OD) but the inside actual size is designed to fit over the size specified but with a good fit. But in essence are a little bit larger than quoted.
Aluminium is a soft metal but very difficult to solder.
These tubes will fit inside or over other tubes I stock but you would need to check first.
